Ron Paul appeals to me because he is consistent in his beliefs on limited government, even when it goes against the establishment. Standing for freedom means tolerating what others choose to do with it (unlike social conservatives).

Downsize government. End the Federal Reserve. End the costly and racist "war on drugs." Keep the government out of personal relationships between consenting adults. Always stand for liberty and our Constitution.

There is nothing appealing about Ron Paul. He is an isolationist and a bigot. It could be said that Ron Paul is alright when he is in his right place, but it has not been dug yet.

paul is a radical right-winger who needs to go home...the US does not need this kind of senile old man in the highest office in the land...one can only imagine how innept this old clown would be on the diplomatic scene, how many people he'd allow to die without adequate medical coverage, how many elderly folks who had worked all their lives would manage without the SS they contributed to all those years, etc. He is for everyone fending for him/herself without a safety net. OBAMA 11/6/2012.

Because of Dr. Paul's honesty and vast knowledge on economics and constitutional government. He believes in the individual and that no group should be singled out to be punished or privileged. He has a well thought out, documented plan to balance the budget in 3 years. I encourage everyone to visit his website and look at his views or watch some of his many speeches posted on Youtube.

He's not appealing to me. He's kooky. Ever read his "grunge" letters from the 90's where he called the MLK holiday "hate Whitey" day? etc. These letters are full of hate. Also, he wants to portray himself as a libertarian, but he's not for women. He's into forced birth. Got an ectopic pregnancy? According to RP, you must carry that pregnancy until you die.
