Talking TxDOT

October 22, 2008 - 7:51pm
TYLER – More roadwork is in store for some east Texas roads, although most of the construction is just routine maintenance.
TxDot’s Larry Krantz says “right now TxDOT has lane closures in both directions on Interstate 20 and the eastbound lane in Gregg County around mile marker 353. We’re doing some work on the guardrail and concrete median barrier and some bridge rail work. We are just trying to get them back in shape from where they have been bumped.”
Mr. Krantz asks for your patience when you drive and please follow the detours carefully.
If you have any questions concerning TxDOT construction going on in your city or town, please e-mail them to info@nbc56.com.
