EAST TEXAS— Thursday, the Texas Transportation Commission will discuss whether there will be amnesty to toll dodgers.

Officials say this is based on the fact that there are almost 2.5 million transactions that are unpaid right now on toll roads throughout the state.

Officials say most of these toll violations are in the Austin area.
