Teacher accused of poking student pleads not guilty.

Fact: Both James J. Roberts and his wife had their own children taken away for abuse on two separate occasions. Not allowed in this case as records are sealed (not open to public viewing or investigating)not allowed to be used as evidence in this case.

James J Roberts And Naomi Roberts have been hitting the internet hard trying to make themselves appear innocent... Here are some Facts:

Fact: James J. Roberts “stole” and helped to steal incredible amounts of money from tax payers -in one case more then ever recorded in the states history.

Roberts was hired by Chief Justice Fay as The First Director of Public Relations. . Robert’s job was among a number of “first jobs”- high paying jobs including perks- created for Friends relatives etc. Roberts was there to hide, spin, and divert facts about bogus funds and corruption.-Ultimately a huge scandal developed. Fay was forced to resign or face impeachment. Bargains were made people were not sent to jail/accused in exchange for the resignation. At one point Fay and Smith were the highest paid in the ENTIRE UNITED STATES HISTORY for the jobs they held. Bogus funds and other corruption abounded. We as taxpayers footed the bill for all of it. Roberts job was to put the spin on it all so we taxpayers would believe there was nothing corrupt going on..

Roberts tried to hide the corruption going on behind a number of so called “GOOD” and good causes. Tried diverting from the truth. Tried manipulating the truth and other tactics- He is trying the same old thing here with HIS wife Naomi Roberts. AGAIN VERY UNSUCCESSFUL AT IT.

TO repeat and correct Roberts- it is not that she was proven “innocent”. SHe was let off because “There is not enough evidence to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt” That doesn’t mean 20 other children did not corroborate the on what happened to the child- the ones who witnessed it did- the problem lies with intent -if you can create doubt she gets out –it is not at all hard to create doubt. There was no other adult present for one thing-.Nor does it mean she is innocent -it means she GOT AWAY WITH IT she got off on a technicality because they could not prove intent -so she just claimed “I didn’t mean it”. Also the time in school records stating NAOMI DREW BLOOD was inadmissible because it did not happen in THIS case. But they know all this - manipulating, lying, hiding, stealing is one of the Roberts' fortes.

Fact: Horrendous abuse with children and money takes place in the Foster care system. Plus as we all know hiding behind doing something that others can sympathize with makes anyone LOOK GOOD while providing them with an out to do tons of other corrupt activities.(Look at the Catholic Church, mob etc.) - Then there is money that is paid to any one that will take foster care kids in .The system is so overloaded with kids they aren’t fussy about who takes them hence all the abuse cases you hear about. 20 kids involved in the Roberts case he claims-Since he is obviously a blundering idiot incapable of holding down a job for very long and has a list of enemies a mile long- He at this point has to scrounge for any money he can get from anywhere and he has to hid his many other questionable activities that he does to get money.

FACT: As far as the “founder” of homes for abused women and teaching English -same garbage here- hiding behind “look at me, I am so concerned, so good, so caring” when in reality THERE IS A TON OF Grant Money and funding involved-of which Mr. Roberts claims great expertise on getting. There is non- profit status breaks and ways to hide money there when you know how. All a great way to get money use it peripherally to establish what looks like a good cause USE SOME OF IT FOR THAT CAUSE BUT THE REST OF THE MONEY IS POCKETED.

AS far as your PERFECT citizenship –I know a few Mob members with that!

As far as Roberts comment that Naomi has 8 grandchildren – Last I knew that your children can reproduce is hardly a sign of great character.

The statement James J. Roberts makes about Naomi that says she “APPEARS to be a competent teacher—and decent human being I couldn’t agree more with. APPEARS is all it is.

Someone should really delve into this deeper. This teacher should be fired and have her pension taken away. Unbelievable she shows Physical aggression and gets a paid leave. Two other kids came forward saying she came at them and jabbed them with a wooden poker repeatedly too. Plus one person from quite some time ago came forward and said Naomi Roberts drew blood when she attacked them and there were records of it. What an awful example this Naomi Roberts is to kids.

What will it take to get rid of her? What happens when she pokes some kids eye let me guess another excuse like she's old and it was a mistake? If she can't handle the job get a younger teacher in there who wants to teach! There are plenty unemployed teachers-many with young families needing to be feed who would actually love to teach. One incidence like this should automatically get her fired and convicted never mind 3 and however many more there are. We have enough crazy adults who enjoy violence as a way to solve problems as evidenced in these posts without directly having teachers rewarded for the very behavior we are trying to stop in society.
