(AP) - An 18-year-old man accused of leaving a blow-up sex doll in a high school bathroom as part of a senior prank gone awry faces possible prison time.

Authorities say Tyell Morton left the doll behind at Rush Consolidated High School on the last day of school May 31.

Security footage showed a person in a hooded sweatshirt coming into the school with a package and leaving without it.

Administrators feared explosives, locked down the building and called authorities.

K9 dogs and a bomb squad searched the building before finding the sex doll.

Morton was arrested and faces up to eight years in prison. Prosecutors tell The Indianapolis Star they won't seek prison time. But the case has some legal experts and others questioning the charges.

I bet if it was a gay blow up doll he wouldn't get in any trouble. They can shove homosexuality down the throats of kindergarteners, but you can't play a prank in senior high school. What is this country coming to?

YEA THERE YA GO SEND A KID TO PRISON OVER A SENSELESS SENIOR PRANK, WHILE THESE SCHOOL DISTRICTS ACROSS AMERICA CAN HIRE CHILD MOLESTORS, AND GAY TEACHERS ETC. BUT THE REAL CRIMINALS ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE TEACHERS BEING MOLESTORS OR GAY OR WHATEVER THE CASE MIGHT BE... THAT JUST SHOWS THE AMERICAN PPL THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS EXERCISING THIS MARTIAL LAW BS...
