MINDEN, La. (AP) - A Webster Parish deputy's trial in Texas on child sex charges has been postponed.
Defense attorney John Gilmore of Corpus Christi tells The Press-Herald of Minden that a second Nueces County grand jury will hear evidence against 63-year-old Robert Booth before a trial date is set.
