Texas drivers face pouring rain

DALLAS - Heavy rains continue to pelt many parts of Texas. In Lewisburg, near Dallas, the weather contributes to a fatal wreck.
Flood watches and warnings are issued across the state, and people in some rural areas are advised to watch streams and use extra caution at river crossings.
Forecasters expect heavy rains to continue, with another 2-3 inches possible today.
