LUFKIN—The state of Texas plans to seek the death penalty for former Lufkin DaVita Dialysis nurse, Kimberly Saenz.
Saenz is accused of injecting five patients with bleach at the Lufkin dialysis clinic. The prosecution announced their plans during a pre-trial hearing Wednesday. Saenz is charged with five counts of capital murder and five charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The indictment alleges that she injected 10 patients with bleach last year, killing five of them.

This is awful!I completely agree with jmo. When someone makes it clear they have no respect for human life thye have no place on this earth. And why in the H**** we house, cloth, and feed people like that for years is beyond me.Its not rocket science. Look at the millions we waste daily just keeping the ones that were given the death penalty in the begining less alone the people getting life sentences, thats a way out of our recession right there.

5 months agoIF THEY FIND THIS TO BE TRUE,THEY SHOULD INJECT HER WITH BLEACH,BUT NOT AS MUCH,JUST A SMALL AMOUNT EACH DAY,THEN SHE CAN SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE.SEND HER TO CHINA...THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL CRIME TREATMENT PROGRAM OVER THERE,THEY DON'T GIVE OUT SOMETHING AS STUPID AS 5 LIFE SENTENCES,OR BABY THEM LIKE HERE IN OUR COUNTRY...HAS ANYONE YOU KNOW EVER LIVED FOR 5 LIFETIMES? TO ME THAT KIND OF SENTENCE SAYS "HEY AMERICA,FEED THIS WORTHLESS MORON UNTIL SHE DIES OF OLD AGE 40-50 YEARS FROM NOW."IF SOMEONE GETS MORE THAN A LIFE SENTENCE,IT SHOULD BE IMMEDIATE LETHAL INJECTION,...HEY ..SAVES TAX DOLLARS,AND THEY MADE A CHOICE!
