Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Texas may have new courtroom ammunition in its fight over federal regulation of greenhouse gases: the Supreme Court's recent ruling on health care reform.
The high court decision limited the power of Congress to force states to take certain actions by threatening to withhold federal money. Yeh, woooster...who gives a darn about clean air, clean water...let our children and grandchildren die from chemical pollution...forget environmental protection in favor of big oil...again...may you, and folks who think like you, be the first to choke on billowing smoke from power plants, chemical-laden water supplies, bad air from all sorts of exhaust sources. For God's sake, don't think of anyone else but yourself...no concern for your own family, your community, this country or the world!
I say build the power plants anyway.....the EPA is costing Texas and the United States jobs. Build the PP and the EPA can...... OFF.
