Trooper Dark tells us, the tip included that doctor Terrell was included in improper distribution of medication.

"He's been arrested of a diversion of a controlled substance by registrant which is a felony of the third degree." His office manager Melissa York 48 years of age of Brownsboro is also being arrested of a possession of a controlled substance by fraud which is a felony of the third degree," says Trooper Dark.

Since this is an on-going investigation officials haven't yet released exactly what was going on illegally in the office.

"Doctor Terrell is voluntarily surrender both of those registrations the DEA registration and the DPS registration and like I said that basically allows him to handle controlled substance," say Trooper Dark.

Dr. Terrell became a licensed physician in 1996 and has practiced in Texas for eight years.
