Third suspect in Ronnie Joe Gammage slaying arraigned

Gilmer — GILMER — A U.S. Army private was arraigned Friday in Upshur County District Court on a charge of capital murder in connection with the slaying of a mentally disabled Longview man.
Andrew Conrad Norwine, 21, is the third and, authorities said, final suspect to be charged in the Dec. 5 slaying of Ronnie Joe Gammage, whose beaten and burned body was found Dec. 19 in rural Upshur County.
