TYLER — Oncor tells KETK around 4,500 East Texans are still without power this evening.

They expect most of the outages to be fixed by midnight tonight, and all of the outages to be restored by 8 a.m. Monday morning.

As of 7:30 p.m. Sunday:

Tyler: 1,200 outages

Palestine: 1,100 outages

Jacksonville: 560 outages

Athens: 615 outages

Whitehouse: 30 outages

Lufkin/Nac: 1,000 outages
