LOS ANGELES (AP) - FBI officials say a Thai Airways flight from Bangkok has landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport after a written bomb threat was found in a bathroom on the plane.

An FBI spokeswoman says airport officials were notified Tuesday evening of the alleged threat. The plane landed safely, and was taken to a remote area of the airport where passengers exited the plane.  The president of Thai Airways tells The Associated Press that a message that there was a bomb on the plane was found on a bathroom mirror.  Amranand says the threat was written in English with bad grammar.

The FBI says the luggage on the plane will be screened and the passengers and crew are being interviewed by law enforcement officers.
