Three Men Rob Tyler Family Dollar Store

TYLER - Tyler police are looking for three black men, who they say, robbed a Family Dollar Store at gunpoint.
It happened, just before 8:30 Monday night, on the 43-hundred block of Troup Highway.
A clerk tells police— the men, one of which was wearing a blue stocking over his face, pointed a gun at her and demanded money.
They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, and took off running into nearby woods.
Police say, no one was hurt.

LET ME ADD ANOTHER THING THE 2ND TRIAL WAS A MISTRIAL AS WELL BECAUSE ALL MEMEBERS OF THE JURY COULD WERE DISQUALIFIED. BUT JUDGE KENNEDY DECIDED THAT THERE HAD 2 B A TRIAL SO HERSELF AND PARRISH CAME UP WITH A JURY N LESS THAN 24 HRS. A JURY WHO WAS NOT EVEN APPROVED BY MY BROTHERS ATTORNEY JAMES POLK WHO WAS TREATED LIKE HE WAS SOMETHING ON THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOE.
Speaking of Tylers finest as I was waiting 4 the outcome of my little brothers trial I sat and listened 2 a police officer cause a hispanic young woman out 4 having her phone in the court room. I mean he literally cussed her out calling her a female dog... If I had a camera I would habe recorded it because it was unreal...
Bottom line is I feel sorry 4 all those people who are a part of Smith County its a small county who will do all they can 2 convict any black young man they can possibly get their hands on. Also it has 2 b stated that a white boy was tried 4 the same crime and he was given 6months parole. Its needs 2 also b stated that the d.a. had animosity towards my littel brother and pointed a handgun @ him during trial and the judge sat their with a smirk... But this is Tylers finest get out of here!!!!!!!
The 4th young men that they pulled in from the navy is my little brother and yes 1st trial was a mistrial but the 2nd one the prejudice jury, district attorney John Parrish whom I call little man syndrome and Judge Christine Kennedy did everything they could 2 get him convicted and it worked they gave him 50 years thanks 2 all the evidence they planted and all of the witnesses they paid off to come and say they knew something about it or saw my little bro having some sort of involvement 2 it.
I heard these three were caught and they were trying to pull in this 4th kid from the Navy. He was tried once and it was a mistrial and now they are still trying to hook him. It seems like they may actually be barking up the wrong tree with this one.
What is going on in Tyler? I was robbed at gunpoint a couple of weeks ago at a conveience store I worked at, and since then there have been several robberies involving guns. Something has to be done..people cannot feel safe at work anymore. I had to leave my job because of what I went thru and it's just not fair! And the owner of the store has not even gotten the video of the robbery to the detective, wich I feel he should have charges filed on him for withholdig evidence!
