Iron Bluff Masonic Lodge #1376 presented the Community Builder Award to Bobby Tilley on June 23, in a ceremony at the Masonic Lodge in Lone Star. Mr Tilley was honored for his many years service to the city of Lone Star and surrounding area.

The Community Builder Award is a Grand Lodge of Texas Award, that is presented to a non-Mason individual or individuals that have distinguished themselves through their service to the community, to local, state or national government, to their church, or to humanity. Thus, this award is presented to individuals who, although they have never been initiated into Masonry, have followed the same precepts, ideals and standards that have been established for Masonic behavior.

Many members of Mr. Tilley's family were present along with members of the Lodge witnessing the ceremony. Making the presentation was Howard Barron, Master of the Lodge.
