Gladewater —  A two-man team from Alba clinched the third annual Gladewater Round-up Rodeo Cook-off on Saturday against a field of seven teams.

Sam Boyd and Cody LaFon — cooking under the team name High Voltage — donned Elton John white sunglasses and purple aprons to serve up ribs and beans that wowed the crowd at the Gladewater Rodeo Arena grounds.
