Some relief for people living along the Northern Gulf Coast.

Tropical Storm Karen has weakened to a tropical depression.

Winds are now at 35 miles per hour and all tropical storm warnings have been dropped.

But the threat is not entirely over.

The National Hurricane Center says there could still be some localized coastal flooding and as much as one to three inches of rain could fall through Monday.

Karen is expected to make landfall in Southern Louisiana sometime Sunday afternoon before continuing to weak as it treks across the Northern Gulf toward Florida.
