Lufkin Police arrested two people early Friday for trespassing and mud hogging on city property.

Authorities were called to the 900 block of Old Moffett Road around 8:00 a.m. June 7, 2013 for a call of two people mud hogging on city property.

Upon arrival, officers found Travis W. Ellis, 21, and Sarah M. Hegmann, 19, mud hogging on city property.

Further investigation found they were both intoxicated and Hegmann was in possession of a dangerous drug.

Lufkin Police arrested the two suspects and they are now in Angelina County Jail for public intoxication. Hegmann was given additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a dangerous drug.
