Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Two men have been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a Houston minister.

Kesley Kristopher Davis, 19, and Devonte Hayes, 18, are accused of stealing Desmond Jones' 2012 silver Chrysler 300, and then fatally shooting him outside his north Harris County apartment on July 21st.
