Laird Hill — Two Kilgore residents were arrested during a search of home in Laird Hill Thursday.

Rusk County officials busted Cecil Kenneth Babb, 26, and Carolyn Nell Brown, 43, on County Road 169D.

Babb is charged with manufacture/delivery of substance, 2 counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of danger drug. His bond is set $100,000.

Brown is charged with possession of controlled substance. Her bond is set at $30,000.

Back in February, 2009, Babb was arrested by the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office for possession of controlled substance and money laundering. He was sentenced to 5 years jail.

Both suspects remain in the Rusk County Justice Center.
