Two streets in Longview will have temporary lane closures

There will be temporary lane closures for two streets in Longview.

The northbound right lane of Gilmer Road will be closed between Windingway and Gregg-Tex Road for one day on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The closure is for tree removal along Gilmer Road for the Ronnie Jones Property.

The work is being performed by David Dorgan.

In a separate project, two southbound lanes and one northbound lane of 4th Street will be temporary closed starting on Friday, October 11, 2013.

The right northbound lane will be open but all southbound traffic going south will be shifted into the middle of the northbound lane between Thorntree Drive and Wood Place starting on Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The closure is for work at 18 Thorntree Drive.

The work is being performed  by Dayton Rothluebber.
