TEXAS-- While a beer or two may not put you at the Texas DWI limit of .08, with a new proposal, it could get you in trouble.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving says Texas is the number one state for drunk driving crashes.
Now, Texas legislature may crack down to lower those numbers, in a proposal of a law called "DWI Lite" or "DWAI." It means Driving While Ability Impaired, and it would target drivers whose blood alcohol level is between .05 and .07.
