Tyler police tell ketk that an suv was going north on Holly Tree when the driver lost control and flipped it.

The suv went through a yard and landed in the middle of the street.

When officers arrived the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Tyler police say, they also found a bag of white powder in the man's cigarette pack.
