TYLER — FROM TYLER POLICE: On 03/17/2012 Tyler Police responded to East Texas Medical Center in reference to a 1 year old child with a blood alcohol of over .2.  The child was flown to Children’s Hospital in Dallas and listed in critical condition. Detectives responded to the scene and conducted an investigation. A warrant for Injury to a Child was issued for the suspect Ronchekal Demune Yon.
At approximately 4:00 pm Yon was located and arrested at 1113 North Moore. Yon was transported to the Smith County Jail for Injury to a Child 3rd degree felony.
