TYLER - A Tyler dentist accused of secretly filming female tenants agreed to a guilty plea Monday morning in a Smith County court.

Robinson's attorney says 58-year-old Charles Robinson will serve 10 years in prison for burglary of a habitation.

Other charges are still pending against Robinson, including possession of child pornography and improper visual recording which can carry a sentence of up to 2 years. The burglary of habitation charge was the most serious offense Robinson faced.

For three years he has been watching and filming these people. All he gets is one count of burglary. I guess we should be happy he didn't rape or kill someone. A good lawyer can make amything go away Smith Co.

A few things, call him a "former" dentist, he is no longer and never will be a practicing dentist!

Also please do not bail out this man and his finances by purchasing either of his houses!! Let him suffer like he made these families and do his "hard" time in the state pen..

TL -

Not buying his houses will not make him suffer. It will only serve to hurt his wife and, ultimately, his kids. You could do much better praying for him and his family while you're praying for the victims of this crime.

Remember what the bible says - love the sinner, hate the sin. You don't have to love him if you don't want to, but don't hurt his family by proposing to others what you have proposed in your comment - they are victims, too.
