An aggravated robbery is currently being investigated.

Shortly before 4:00 p.m. on June 6, 2013, Oscar Domingues, 61, was at his store in the 900 block of North Beckham. Domingues says that two black males approached him while he was standing in the doorway of his shop and attacked him. Domingues said the two black males pushed him back inside the shop and one of the suspects punched him and then hit him on the head with a bat. The suspects took Domingues' billfold and then left the store.

The suspects are described as two younger black males. The suspect with the bat was described as being tall, wearing black and beige shorts, and a grey t-shirt. The other suspect was wearing blue jeans.

Several officers checked the area and failed to locate the suspects.

Anyone with any information concerning this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000.
