Tyler Police Investigate Alleged Sexual Assault

TYLER - Tyler police are investigating an alleged sexual assault.
Police say they were called out around 3:30 Sunday morning to a hospital where a 20 year-old woman claimed she was earlier assaulted by a friend.
Police say it happened at a party on the 2400 block of Rodge Street.
Officers went to the alleged crime scene, where they talked to a 22 year-old male suspect.
The investigation is ongoing, the victim was treated and released.
