Tyler Police Officers and Bancorp South are partnering up to give Christmas cheer to East Texas children.

They will be presenting over 85 new bicycles and lots of presents to foster children of the Bair Foundation.  Officials say these are children who may have been into broken homes or even had bad experiences with officers.

Tyler police want them to know that they care about them during this time of year.

Santa Claus will arrive in the SWAT van with several officers to present the gifts to all Bair Foundation children.  It takes place at 2:00 p.m. today at Bancorp South at 7400 South Broadway.
