I thought all parks in Tyler were closed from sundown to sunup?

So what was she doing there?

In the series, "The First 48' detectives say 90 percent of the people murdered were doing something wrong. Was this a drug deal gone bad? What happened?

Maybe they're suppose to be, but that park well the basketball court is lit up quite well at night. And I see people their playing almost every night. So I'm not surprised she was there.

So sad
