Traditions Cafeteria and Catering in Tyler has made a lot of families happy this Easter Sunday. Many restaurants were closed in observance of the holiday, so the few that were open had an extremely long wait.

Traditions offered customers a chance to buy "Easter Packages" to help cut down on the wait time. These Easter Packages included a ham, cranberry sauce, dressing, and  two pies, with items such as vegetables and fruit available for additional purchase.

Traditions has been offering customers some help in the kitchen for holidays for the past 13 years and according to owner, Robert Owens, it's  "Just a great feeling this time of day to serve, and be a part of our community and serve those families when they come in to eat."
