Tyler — Tyler Police met with a white female who wished to report a robbery. The victim said she was at the Valero station at Loop 323 and W. Front St. pumping gas when she was approached by a black female suspect.

The suspect told the victim she (the suspect) had diabetes and asked for a ride to a restaurant. The victim consented and allowed the suspect to get into her vehicle. This occurred shortly before 7:00 pm.

The suspect asked the victim to give her money and the victim refused. The suspect later told the victim she had a gun and demanded money from the victim.

The suspect is described as a black female approximately 30 years old. She is around 5’3” tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has short, ear length hair.

This case will be forwarded to the Major Crimes Unit for investigation.
