Tyler's Buck Files named President of Texas State Bar Association

HOUSTON — A Tyler lawyer is now the president of the Texas State Bar Association.

Tyler's Buck Files was sworn in Friday by Judge Cathy Cochran at the State Bar Annual Meeting in Houston.

Biles is certified in criminal law.

He is taking over from outgoing president Bob Black from Beaumont.

Buck Files and his partners have kept more criminals out of jail than any other firm in Texas. No wonder the other lawyers think he is so great.
