Tyler’s first ever hand-crafted beer made its way into its first restaurant in East Texas on Wednesday. True Vine Brewery Owner, Ryan Dixon, carried in the first keg of Rose City Pale Ale to Juls Lounge with a smile on his face. "We've been working behind the scenes for two years with business plans and gathering equipment," Dixon said.

Now all that hard work is ready to be enjoyed. Dixon says, "To be able to order a pint of rose city pale ale from our favorite restaurants and have our own creation come though their lines, and into their glass, and to our table is just going to be amazing." The customers seem to enjoy it, too,"It's fantastic, I’m on my second,” one Juls customer tells KETK News. The bartenders put in 3 orders before Dixon put the tap on the first keg.

Juls assistant manager, Jarrod Maness says, "It's a great beer, I think anyone who’s even just getting into the craft beer movement are going to be able to enjoy this beer." Dixon says he hopes everyone is pleasantly surprised.

Right now Juls is the only place that carry's rose city pale ale on tap, but not for long Dixon says,"It's just a matter of time, probably in the next couple of weeks well be hitting up some of our favorites and see what we can do to get our beer on tap there as well." True Vine is putting Tyer on the map in the Texas craft brew world. "We have a lot to be proud of, there's amazing brewery's in Austin, Dallas and popping up all over the place …and for us to be a part of that in Tyler, it's huge."

Dixon says, this is just the beginning for True Vine Crewing Company. "We can push more beer into more places and represent East Texas even bigger." They plan to have a launch party for their beer debut on February 1st, at Juls.
