Mexican cartels leave their mark in East Texas

Recently in San Antonio, the head of the Department of Public Safety announced the number one threat to Texas' security were mexican drug cartels.

We've all heard horror stories of the cartels lethal legacy in mexico with the tens of thousands of killings, torturing, beheadings, human trafficking, drugs.

KETK's Bob Brackeen talked with East Texas law enforcement who'll tell you: if you think that sort've violence ends at the border, you couldn't be more
