GREGG COUNTY — UPDATE (1:21): Officials tell KETK crews on scene that the driver of a car was turning left out of a business onto Hwy. 149, and clipped a truck.

The collision caused the truck to slide into oncoming traffic, where it hit another vehicle head on.

Four people were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known.

Officials do say that they were all wearing seatbelts.

The scene has been cleared.

ORIGINAL STORY: Officals are on the scene of a major wreck on State Hwy 149 (Estes Pkwy), near the State Highway 322 intersection in Lakeport.

Three cars are involved.

No word yet on what injuries might be involved.
