Update: Alleged Arp shooter re-arrested and charged with murder

Tyler (KETK) — UPDATE: Smith County detectives and patrol officers have re-arrested 51-year old Richard Lee Hunt and charged him with the murder of 53-year old Tony Tillman.
Tillman passed away Saturday afternoon as a result of the injuries he received Tuesday evening after allegedly being shot by Hunt.
Hunt was re-arrested Saturday in Tyler after being released on bond Wednesday afternoon.
Hunt faces first degree murder charges and is now back in the Smith County Jail. State District Judge Jack Skeen set Hunt’s bond at $750,000.
Tillman’s body was sent to Dallas for an autopsy.
Smith County Sheriff's authorities tell KETK the alleged shooter's name is Richard Lee Hunt.
He was booked into the Smith County Jail Wednesday morning.
Hunt was treated and released from a local hos[ital after accidentally shooting himself in the leg.
The other man is still in the hospital in critical condition.
Hunt allegedly shot him in the neck and chest..
A shooting near Arp leaves two injured.
The shooting happened earlier this evening at a residence just outside of Arp on Texas Highway 135.
One male was in possession of a gun and shot another male and then accidently shot himself in the leg.
The two were taken to a local hospital.
An investigation is still ongoing.
