UPDATE: I-20 E lanes reopened following overturned mail truck

Gregg County — Smith County officials tell KETK all I-20 eastbound lanes are back open.
The driver of the U.S. mail truck that overturned was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Authorities believe the semi was speeding before it rolled.
No mail was lost during the crash.
No other vehicles were involved.
ORIGINAL REPORT: Smith County DPS officials confirm Interstate 20 eastbound lanes are down to one lane near Highway 42.
A semi has flipped on its side, causing the traffic congestion.
