TYLER -- Local sporting good retailers are not too happy about the potential fishing tackle ban. Even though the EPA proposed ban fell short of pulling lead out of ammunition, fishing tackle is another story.  The EPA cited the Toxic Substances Control Act as reason that the organization could not move forward on a lead for ammunition.
