SMITH COUNTY — Lindale fire officials tell KETK, the car fire is now under control.

Firefighters are still on scene.

Smith County fire officials tell KETK, there is a car on fire at the corner of CR 4102 and CR 498 (also known as Legion Hills Rd) near Lindale.

Officers are just arriving on scene, and authorities say the car is in flames.

Traffic in the area should expect delays.
