KILGORE — A man is dead after an industrial accident at East Texas Lumber, the Kilgore Police Department confirms to KETK.

Cpt. Roman Roberson says Kilgore officers were called to East Texas Lumber this afternoon after a stack of materials fell on a customer, killing him.

Police have identified the man as 56 year old Joseph Barber, of New London.
