Longview — On November 16, 2011 at 6:01 p.m. Officers responded to an Accident with Injuries in the 3400 Block of Gilmer Road. When Officers arrived they found 58-year old Kirk Foreman of Ore City, lying in the roadway.

He had been struck by a car driven by 59-year old Vicki Johnson of Longview. According to information gathered at the scene Foreman was wearing all black clothing in an area not well lit and was attempting to cross Gilmer Road near the intersection of Nikki Drive when he was struck by Johnson’s car.

Foreman was transported by ambulance to the hospital with serious injuries. No charges have been filed in this accident.

Longview Police are investigating a man hit by a vehicle.

Police tell KETK it happened just after 6 o'clock on Gilmer road and Dundee in Longview.

Police say the man was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

No word on his condition.

Mans name has not been released.
