UPDATE: Mineola swingers to be released with time served

TYLER — All six defendants are being released with time served.
KETK will have more tonight in the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts.
District Attorney Matt Bingham entered a plea deal with 6 defendants in the Mineola swingers case Thursday morning.
All 6 defendants pleaded guilty to a 3rd degree felony of injury to child.
The defendants are as listed: Patrick Kelly, Jamie Pittman, Rebecca Pittman, Jimmy Sones, Sheila Sones and Shauntel Mayo
The hearing took place at 9 a.m. in the 241 District Court. Judge Skeen is overseeing the proceedings.
Dennis Pittman, another man involved in the swingers case, was previously sentenced to life in prison. His case is under appeal.
The six are accused of forcing children to perfom sexual acts in front of them.

It's hard to stomach letting them go so easily.They could've done a video of the kids so they wouldn't have to relive it so many times,IF the great DA's office wouldn't lose it or release it. They lost my daughters transcripts after 10 yrs she had to return here from out of state{she won't live here anymore} and had to relive it anyway...On top of that she had to take off work losing time off her check,the DA's office said they would pay, but they backed out.I has "0" confidence in our locals
