Texas--  Better Business Bureau warns against Internet breeding sites.  They urge those buying puppies to visit the breeders. 

BBB President Mechelle Mills says, "people find a puppy online.  They wire the money.  Once they wire the money, it's gone.  A lot of times, you don't even get a puppy.  If you do, you don't know if the puppy has skin diseases or anything like that."

Buying a puppy without problems is harder than most people think. Finding a responsible and knowledgeable breeder is very difficult.
