LAKE TYLER — The baby has been identified as 5-year-old Joseph Cooks.

Smith County Game Warden Chris Green says the child has been found dead under a boat ramp at Lake Tyler.

The 5-year-old is described as a black male wearing swim trunks and was last seen on Camp Tyler Road at the boat ramp.
