upshur county — Official say at Gilmer man died in a Tuesday two-vehicle crash in Upshur County.

Department of Public Safety officials say Joseph Don DeLuca, 41, of Gilmer was killed after crashing into a 2011 Dodge pickup driven by David Carter of Henderson.

Upshur County officials said sheriff's deputies and troopers were dispatched to the crash at about 3:18 p.m. on Texas 155 near Wisteria Road.
