Smith County — Update: DPS says that despite earlier reports, one lane of I-20 is still closed at this time as debris from the wreck is cleaned up. At this time there is no estimate as to when the lane will reopen.

DPS says that traffic is again flowing normally on Interstate 20 and all lanes have reopened at this time.
The wreck, which happened during the 6:00 am hour, was caused by an 18-wheeler that rear-ended another 18-wheeler. One of the trucks, which was carrying cleaning supplies, lost its load, causing debris to scatter over the roadway.
No one was injured in the crash.
DPS and emergency crews are on the scene of a wreck between two big rigs on I-20 at 110 (Van Highway).
One inside westbound lane of Interstate 20 is currently closed, according to DPS.
There is no word on any injuries or the cause of the wreck at this time.
