Smith County Authorities have just captured the second man tonight.

Officials tell KETK they found 26 year old Timothy Nelson walking down FM 16 in Smith County.

22-year-old Dustin Myles Adams was arrested earlier today after leading law enforcement on a manhunt.

Both men are being charged with felony theft, felony possession of fire arms and evading arrest.
 


Authorities now have one person in custody. A second is still on the loose.

The two were allegedly rummaging through equipment on someone's property when they were spotted.

Officials had both people in custody, but they were able to escape law enforcement and ran into the woods.


Officials tell KETK crews on scene they are looking for two people who were allegedly involved in a burglary earlier today.

It is not clear at this time whether the individuals have been identified.

Authorities are still searching a wooded area for the suspects.


According to Smith County Sheriff's Department authorities are searching for two people near Hideaway Lake area on FM 16 west of Lindale.

KETK has a crew on the way to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.
