SMITH COUNTY--Smith County Comissioners will vote on charging $100 for a county overweight vehicle permit.  Right now, the permit is free.  Constable Andy Dunklin says the new charge would help pay for the damage caused by overweight trucks on county roads.  There will be a public hearing and Comissioners will vote on September 21.
