The drivers were the only people in each of the vehicles.

Caleb Luther was pronounced dead at the scene by Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace Mitch Shamburger. The two other drivers were sent to a Tyler hospital, but are expected to be okay.

The incident remains under investigation.

I take it that you did not read the updated story Friday.

I went by the accident and it was really, really bad. However, there were three vehicles involved not two. Two pickups hit head on and a car then rear ended one of the trucks.
