TYLER — Tyler Police confirm that Troup Hwy. is now open and traffic is moving freely.

Northbound lanes on Troup Hwy. are shut down in the area. Traffic is being detoured into the Walmart parking lot.

At least one person has been taken to the hospital.

No word on their condition at this point. Details are still coming in, but officials say two vechicles are involved and one hit an electric pole. It all happened around 1:00 pm on Friday.
